Insurance

    We accept patients who wish to use their health insurance as well as those without health insurance. In the majority of cases a referral from your  primary doctor is not necessary.
 

The doctors at Active Health are  Preferred Providers for most insurance plans.   Our  staff will be happy to contact your insurance and  verify what type of chiropractic coverage you have, such as copays, coinsurance, deductible or number of  visits per calendar year. All you need to do is call, fax, email or stop by and leave us a copy of your insurance card and drivers license.
